Dreamworld - for big band, solo trumpet and soprano saxophone

Dreamworld is a song from my Dreamworld CD (2010) that also has been arranged for big band. 

This piece is possible a fusion of classical legato solo playing, pop and jazz with a strong visual touch, harmonized in a way that gives strong associations to both classical, jazz and pop. 

It’s an instrumental ballad, but picks up in a more majestic style, later also with a groovy drum part. I strongly recommend  listening to this song from my Dreamworld album, here it’s beautifully performed on cornet and soprano saxophone, check it out!
